Application Procedure
Admissions
At SOL Christian Academy, we welcome applications from families seeking a caring, purposeful and Christ-centred education for their children. We provide education from Nursery through Primary and Secondary School to Sixth Form, supporting every learner to grow academically, spiritually, socially and emotionally.
Each application is considered individually. Our admissions process may include:
- An initial enquiry and school visit
- Completion of the application form
- A meeting with the parent or carer and prospective student
- A diagnostic or academic assessment
- A review of the student’s educational and support needs
- Confirmation of the place and enrolment arrangements
The assessment process helps us understand each student’s current level, strengths and areas for development so that we can provide an appropriate and personalised learning programme.
We welcome students who are willing to embrace our values of faith, character, academic excellence, respect, responsibility and leadership. Parents and carers are invited to contact our admissions team to arrange a visit, learn more about our curriculum and discover how SOL Christian Academy can support their child.

Your child’s application will include the following:
• A Preliminary Application Form must be completed and all relevant documentation presented.
• A Diagnostic test must be completed to determine the child’s academic level.
• The pupil’s most recent report card must be made available for evaluation.
• ACE students must bring a copy of their current Supervisor Progress Card.
• A testimonial letter from both the school and church must be handed in.
• A parent and student interview will be conducted with the principal and with the school pastor if needed.
• Copies of the child’s birth certificate or ID document and the parent(s) ID document must be handed in.
• The parent(s) must attend a Parent Orientation at the beginning of the year of their child’s registration.
